Nothing is set in stone. A good attitude and quick learning will suffice but here are some characteristics that may be mutually beneficial for both you and us:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge and solid experience with Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Working experience with either ASP.NET or Java Servlet/JSP (preferably ASP.NET)
• Working experience with either C# or Java (preferably C#)
• Working experience with relational database
• Definite plus
  - Working experience with Silverlight or WPF
  (Windows Presentation Foundation)
  - Working experience with LINQ to SQL or Hibernate
  - Multilingual
  

Marketing Director

As part of MotionCloud, you will be an Integral Piece in managing a Startup. Your job will not be exclusively focused on marketing. You will gain great exposure to all aspects of a startup from service development to business strategy and positioning. Our content editor is not just for show and tell. • A Bachelor's degree
• Solid experience in sales, marketing, program and/or product management in Internet businesses
• Strong communication, presentation, creative and strategic thinking, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with marketing communications processes, development, planning, and execution
• Experience with market research
• Considerable experience driving brand and product message strategy and execution (competitive analysis,positioning, brand positioning, market segmentation, and etc.)
• Definite plus
